Under "User interface" in setup, section "Display", one can enable user macro buttons 1 through 5 settings.

These buttons run macro subroutines `user_11` through `user_15` from the *macro.cnc* file.

You can customize these subroutines by editing the *macro.cnc* file, for example, to run another subroutine, execute G-Code, etc.
