Please first ensure that no CNC software is running.

# Locate configuration

In order to apply the configuration file, first locate either:

- configuration from a previous version - this is located in *config *directory of the installation
- configuration from your supplier

The system configuration typically consists of **at least** the following files:

- cnc.ini
- server.ini
- tools.ini
- service.ini
- variables.ini
- macro.cnc

# Locate destination

The destination is the config directory of your new installation

Please copy **all **supplied files into the config directory of the new installation

Please copy **all **contents of the config directory into the config directory of the new installation

After the configuration is applied, please start the software again.
