jumpers on the cnc720 are several jumpers so the behaviour of the board can easily be changed controller settings jumper function jp10 reserved jp11 start with default ip address 172 22 2 100 jp12 skip the bootloader e stop jumper function (when jumper is placed) comment pwm out \[1 2] shut down on e stop \[2 3] unchanged on e stop jp4 e stop bypass also connected to pin #12 on cn2 jp5 outputs disabled on e stop jp14 aux output behaviour on e stop \[1 2] shut down on e stop (as shown in picture below) \[2 3] unchanged on e stop home jumper function jp6 home1 mode npn or pnp jp7 home2 mode npn or pnp jp8 home3 mode npn or pnp jp9 home4 mode npn or pnp pwm & 0 10v jumper function comment jp1 selection between pwm & 0 10v output \[1 2] 0 10v \[2 3] pwm jp2 pwm & 0 10v behaviour \[1 2] switched on/off by sysready \[2 3] switched on/off by aux out please note that if the auxo1 is used, that output can not be used for other applications for pwm & 0 10v e stop behaviour, go to e stop drvarm jumper function jp15 drvarm mode npn or pnp ext error jumper function jp13 ext error mode npn or pnp probe jumper function jp3 probe mode npn or pnp indicators the board uses several leds indicating activity status indicator colour meaning rdy green sysready indicates when the cnc system is ready for operation can be used in cooperation with a safety relay wtd red watchdog charge pump, indicates the operation of the watchdog circuitry hrt yellow controller ‘heartbeat’ indicating the board is active led2 green indicates ‘machine on’ led1 yellow flashing when the application is starting up after start up, will be switched on if e stop occurred pwr blue power supply connected please note, when in bootloader mode led2 and led3 will toggle to indicate this network indicator colour meaning act green network activity lnk yellow network connection e stop indicator colour meaning stp red e stop active
