Add a macro button to Operate view

under "user interface" in setup, section "display", one can enable user macro buttons 1 through 5 settings these buttons run macro subroutines user 11 through user 15 from the macro cnc file you can customize these subroutines by editing the macro cnc file, for example, to run another subroutine, execute g code, etc
