Outputs
The CNC530 controller can simultaneously provide a PWM signal and an analog 0-10V signal. Both signals have the same source and can not be controlled individually.
The PWM output is the default so-called open-collector output. This means that for the high level of the signal, an external resistor is needed. In case you would need a 5V or 12V PWM output signal, you can use a jumper to select either one of the built-in resistors. The image below illustrates this.
The jumper only works in combination with the output PWM signal.
The following outputs are potential free, due to the use of a relay output:
- Tool
- Flood
- Mist
- Aux Out
- E-Stop
- Break
Each output consists of three pins:
- COM - Common
- NO - Normally Open
- NC - Normally Closed
The relays can be connected to a secondary power supply.
As seen in the picture above, the relay output voltage can be controlled by using jumpers. By not using a jumper, the relay can be used as desired
When using the 'COM' terminal of an individual relay, do not use a jumper!
