jumpers jp1 this jumper forces the board to skip the bootloader this can always stay on unless a firmware upgrade is needed remove this jumper and follow the instructions on the firmware upgrade docid\ pz3xehfi limmffti kyb page in the usb section to complete this procedure afterward, place the jumper again to skip the bootloader on the next boot jp3 this jumper configures the polarity of the out ampen jp4 this jumper configures the voltage of the step, enable, and direction signals jp5 & jp6 these jumpers need to be placed in case the handwheel inputs are ttl indicators the board uses several leds indicating activity power 24v aux & 24v home indicates that the external power is connected, this means that 24v is available pwr this led indicates that the power for the processor is available (3 3v) network yellow = network activity (act) green = network connection (lnk) status the following indicators are numbered from top to bottom indicator color meaning led1 orange flashing when the application is starting up after startup, will be switched on if e stop occurred led2 green indicates āmachine onā led3 orange controller āheartbeatā indicating the board is active led4 red watchdog charge pump, indicates the operation of the watchdog circuitry please note, when in bootloader mode led2 and led3 will toggle to indicate this outputs most outputs on the icnc600 have a dedicated led to signal the current state of the output these can be used to quickly diagnose issues regarding malfunctioning output devices these leds can be found at the edge of the pcb next to the connector that contains this output an example of these output leds can be found below inputs the aux inputs along with some other inputs feature dedicated led indicators to signal the current state of the input these can be used to quickly diagnose issues regarding malfunctioning input devices these leds can be found near the edge of the pcb near the connector that contains these inputs an example of these input leds can be found below
